Bristol Flyers are delighted to announce the return of Miloš Dugalić, who has signed a new one-year contract ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The 26-year-old will continue his journey in Bristol after an injury-disrupted first campaign with the Flyers.
Dugalić made 15 Super League Basketball appearances during the 2025/26 season, averaging 3.9 points and 3.4 rebounds per game before his campaign was unfortunately cut short by a fractured ankle.
Now fully recovered, the 6″9′ wing is ready to hit the ground running as he looks to make his mark in Flyers colours during the 2026/27 campaign.
Speaking on his decision to return to the club, Dugalić said: “I’m super excited and grateful to have another opportunity, and I can’t wait to get back to work.
“Since my injury last season, the club has been incredibly supportive. From the fans, the medical and training staff, the coaches and my teammates, having that support really helped me both physically and mentally throughout my recovery.
“I feel like I have unfinished business with the Flyers. I know I have so much more to give, and I don’t think I was able to show my full potential or what I’m really capable of last season. I’m really motivated to come back, help the team and do everything I can to bring a championship to Bristol.
“Our number one goal is to win a trophy. That’s what this club is striving for, it’s what everyone in the organisation wants, and it’s what our fans deserve.
“I can’t wait to see all the fans again. I’m so excited to be back, and I hope we can have a great season together. Thank you for all the support you’ve given me over the last year – it really meant a lot to me.”
After growing up in the United States, Dugalić graduated from Illinois Tech University in 2023 before launching his professional career in Serbia’s top division with Zdravlje Leskovac. During the 2023/24 season, he averaged 7.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per game.
His production increased significantly the following year after joining Sloga Kraljevo, where he posted 12.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. His impressive form earned him a move to KK Vršac Swisslion ahead of the Serbian League playoffs.
Flyers Head Coach Andreas Kapoulas said: “We’re really pleased to have Miloš back with us for another season. Last year was incredibly frustrating for him because just as he was settling into the team, he suffered a serious ankle injury that ended his season early.
“Throughout his rehabilitation, we’ve made sure he had the support of everyone at the club, and it’s been great to see the commitment and professionalism he’s shown every step of the way. He’s worked extremely hard to get himself back to full fitness, and we’re excited to see him back on the floor.
“We know the qualities Miloš brings to our group. He’s a versatile forward who plays with great energy, competes on every possession and fits the culture we’re building here. We’re looking forward to seeing him make a real impact this season.”
