Group Bookings FAQ

What is Super League Basketball?

Super League Basketball is the Men’s and Women’s professional basketball leagues in the UK.

What are the Play-offs and Cup Finals?

The Cup Finals is one of the much-heralded knockout competitions in British Basketball. The Play-off Finals is the basketball’s season ending grand finale.  It decides who is the number one men’s and women’s teams in British Basketball.

What takes place during a Finals event?

There will be two games (one men’s game and one women’s game) plus in addition, throughout the day there will be an array of entertainment on offer including entertainment acts, live music performances, cheerleaders, photo opportunities, merchandise to purchase, and so much more.

How long does the event last?

The full day lasts for around 5-6 hours.

Does the ticket entitle entry for the full day?

Yes, all tickets entitle you to entry for the full day.

Can I get posters and flyers to help promote the event to my group?

Yes of course.  Quantities of posters/flyers will be sent to you automatically upon receipt of your provisional booking however if you require more, or sent digitally, then simply call or email us and we will arrange dispatch.

What age limit applies to child tickets and does the ticket entitle entry for the full day?

The child price applies to any individual up to the age of 18, or those over 18 and in full time education.

Why are there multiple price bands?

The price bands relate to the seating locations within the Arena. Whilst all seating offers a good unrestricted view, some locations are better than others and these are reflected by the pricing.  The Bands are generally located as follows:

Cup Finals – Band A: Lower tier side of court, Band B: Lower tier corner blocks, Band C: Lower tier end of court
Play-off Finals – Premium: Lower tier side of Court, Band A: Lower tier end of court, Band B: Upper tier side of court, Band C: Upper tier end of Court

I am interested in organising a group, can I provisionally hold tickets whilst I establish interest?

Yes you can. Please complete the booking form for the event you are interested in attending or call 0203 7500 633 and you can hold tickets (without commitment) and confirm them at a later date – once your numbers are finalised. On receipt of your provisional booking we will send you a letter confirming your provisional reservation and include a date by which you need to confirm (or otherwise) your booking. This date is normally six weeks from when you make you provisional booking but dependent on the length of time until the event.

Can I change my ticket numbers prior to confirming my booking?

Yes of course, until you have confirmed your booking you can either decrease or increase your provisional booking numbers (increase subject to availability but is normally possible) or even change price band (or cancel your provisional booking entirely).

How do I purchase the tickets?

When you confirm your booking you will be issued with a VAT invoice which can be settled by BACS, cheque payment or credit/debit card. Your tickets will be sent and all your seats will be allocated seated together in the arena.

Can you help with a Risk Assessment?

Whilst for legal reasons we are not able to complete a Risk Assessment for you, we can provide you with a sample Risk Assessment that was completed by a school who attended a previous event. Simply email or call us for more information.
