Super League Basketball Disciplinary Panel: Ovie Soko

Following his disqualification from the game between the London Lions and Bristol Flyers on the 20^th October, Ovie Soko has been awarded a penalty of 18 Disciplinary Points and a fine of a week’s salary.

The outcome follows an Appeal by the London Lions on the original outcome determined by the SLB Disciplinary Panel.

Super League Basketball operates a system of cumulative disciplinary points, and a one-game suspension comes into force whenever a person’s total penalty points reach (or exceed) each of the following totals: 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 etc.

As such, Ovie Soko will serve a one-game suspension which, in accordance with the timescales set down in the Appeals procedure, will be served for the Caledonia Gladiators vs London Lions game on Saturday, November 30 2024.
