Showing no signs of slowing down in the north-west, Manchester Basketball have made their fourth signing of the summer as they’ve announced the acquisition of 24-year-old British forward Tim Adetukasi for the forthcoming campaign.
The Romford native makes the move to the National Basketball Performance Centre after a solid rookie season in North Macedonia, where he averaged just shy of 13 points and over six rebounds per game for KK Feniks 2010 Skopje.
The 6’6″ forward joins fellow Brit Kayne Henry in MCR – both playing their first professional seasons back on home soil – alongside returning talents from last year’s roster in the duo of American Zak Irvin and British-Canadian Cody John.
Discussing his move to Manchester, Adetukasi said:
“I’m excited to get to be a part of Manchester Basketball. It’s a great organisation and is only getting better. I’m blessed to be able to join the journey. Let’s get to work.”
Manchester Basketball Head of Operations Dominique Allen added:
“We like what Tim can bring to a team at both ends of the floor. We are really happy to bring back another British player to play at home. We are assembling a talented group and aim to be competing at the top end of the league.”
Tim graduated from Concordia in 2024, where he led the Golden Eagles in three major statistical categories, averaging 13.5 points, a team-high 6.1 rebounds, and another team-high 1.9 steals per game in his senior year.
